About you (m/f/d)

• first experience or interest in commercial customer service
• very good knowledge of Dutch
• PCliterate
• service orientation responsibility and engagement
• structured and target oriented working behavior
• flexible in working hours

About the job

• receive and answer customer enquiries
• advise on technical details and support users in dealing with the device
• order management for additional devices and return management
• blocking and installing of services
