IT Analyst

We are looking for an IT analyst to help with the development maintenance and deployment of IT solutions for our organization. In this post you will be responsible for analyzing our IT systems developing optimization methods managing all implementation procedures and doing frequent quality checks on your work.
To be successful as an IT analyst the candidate must have a strong awareness of IT best practices and be capable of modifying their approaches on the fly. A toptier IT analyst will be enthusiastic about the integration of business and information technology systems as well as having handson experience developing and implementing solutions across many industries.

Responsibilities includes:

1. Analyzing the current IT systems structures and processes.Identifying risks opportunities flaws and places for improvement within the companys IT infrastructure.
2. Effective problem resolution and IT solution design.
3. Implementing wellthoughtout ideas and plans to increase company efficiency.
4. Maintaining strong system processes and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory authorities.
5. Creating innovative IT processes and solutions for the business.
6. Reporting challenges progress and other critical information to stakeholders.
7. Advising management on weaknesses areas for improvement and hazards in the companys IT infrastructure.
8. Strategizing with other key stakeholders on how to effectively match IT systems with company goals.

Requirements includes:

1. A bachelors degree in computer science business information systems information technology or a similar discipline.
2. Certification and expertise in a programming language (.NET Visual Basic C SQL).
3. At least two years of experience in an ITrelated role.
4. Databases data processes software architectures and data security are all relevant.
5. Ability to create report and record implementations and solutions.
6. Knowledge of industry best practices as well as experience with hardware and software systems.
7. Uptodate information about the most recent developments in information technology.
8. Ability to work independently and understanding of agile team structures.
9. Excellent reportwriting and communication skills.
10. Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
