Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT Computer/Electronics/Industrial Engineering or related course
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software is a plus
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodologies.
• Knowledge in Test Methodologies UAT Scripting and functional testing.
• Attention to Detail and Good analytical and problemsolving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate the functionality and performance of software applications/systems.
• Identify document and track implementation defects and inconsistencies using bugtracking systems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers project managers and business analysts to understand project requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
