We are in process of improving the existing EPBCS system (Hyperion), requesting to provide proposal to provide a Techno-Functional Developer with expertise in technical areas and system functions, including EPRCS for reporting. This consultant will play a pivotal role in our operations activities, supporting the budget cycle, enhancing system functionalities, refining documentation, completing the remaining part of the annual sourcing plan, implementing project feasibility enhancements, and managing reporting requirements.
I would like to outline the high-level tasks the developer would be expected to enhance on the existing modules;
