Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors’ degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering

Experience:2-15 years as QA/QC Engineer for EPC/EPCM projects.

• Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents Ensures that the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained
• Familiar with the Quality/HSE Management system and their procedures Ensures timely corrective actions for the identified non-conformities.
• Preparation/issue of Inspection and Test Plan.
• Technical inputs to MR preparation.
• Preparation of Project specific Quality procedures.
• Co-ordination with concerned disciplines for QAQC activities.
• Vendor offer review for QC/Inspection requirements for E&I items/equipment & bulk.
• To conduct Pre-Inspection Meeting with Vendor.
• Review of Vendor’s Quality Management System/ Certification.
• Vendor document review/approval.
• Preparation of PO wise Tentative Inspection Schedule & Maintain the same progressively.
• Co-ordination of inspections at Vendor’s shop.
• Inspection at Vendor’s shop.
• Review of Inspection reports & the Final documentation.
• Approval/Issue of Inspection Release Note and to provide dispatch clearance.
• Co-ordination with site QAQC.
• Work experience in executing EPC/EPCM projects.
• NDE Level II (will be an added advantage)
