RESPONSIBILITIES: • The focal point of all Rental/repair and recertification work carried out in the NOV Doha workshop (ISE). Contact customers promptly and pass the work status information every two weeks. • Prepare the work route sheet and share it with Service Technicians. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, advise the daily activities, and ensure the work is carried out safely. Publish daily allocation sheets to ensure all resources are utilized properly. • Update the ongoing work status/ daily workshop service activities to the next upper-level management. Ensure that company properties/tools are properly used in a safe manner. • Ensure the initial inspection report is submitted to the customer within two–three days and service is finished within the agreed time frame. Keep the spare inventory and update the shortages within the time frame. Disseminate work-related information between the Service Technician and Line manager. Follow up and receive service / rental purchase orders and create sales orders/ work orders in JDE. Open, close, and invoice the work orders. Book the time & cost in work orders before closing. Knowledge of JDE, Sage software, etc. • Prepare the local quotations and submit them to the customer promptly. Follow up for the work order closing and ensure the technician's time booking on each work order before closing. Invoice the work order with supporting documents after the job is dispatched. Inform the customer and ensure the equipment reception in their system. Update all service, sales related logs. • Coordinate with the accounts team and customer to ensure all purchase orders are received. Prepare work files for the service team and follow up on daily work status. Generate the latest work pack and update it in each service folder. Follow up and ensure all work-related folders are updated within the time frame. • Coordinate with the company HSE team for HSE-related activities. Arrange Third party for Inspection /testing/test witness/ certification. • Prepare the documentation/ Service report and send it to the Customer once the job is done and dispatched. BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: • As an operations Supervisor, with developed communication skills and was able to use listening techniques and nonverbal strategies to improve conversations. • Strong customer service attitude, assertive decision-making, better communication, and cooperative type. Having Technical, conceptual, and diagnostic skills, interpersonal relationships, self-knowledge and learning habits. • Good talent for problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with customer complaints in an understanding and professional manner. 100% customer-focused with a strong track record in customer service. An ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide appropriate opportunities to promote services and technical support. Work by information, training and instructions provided. Reports all accidents, incidents and hazardous situations to the reporting Manager or concern
