About the opportunity • Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met. via regular visits, phone calls and emails. • Provide excellent service and support by regular calling to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between vendors and partners.. • Make sure that the item lists of the vendors are up to date at all times. • Optimise the vendor content (MOA, delivery time, prep time, etc). • Educate new partners on basic operational and content knowledge to help kickstart and maintain their performance on talabat. • Automate and digitalize vendor experience by pushing for vendor portal adoption, self-service and self-booking through talabat vendor dashboard • Commission rate renegotiation: Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer.
