What does the Treasury Systems Manager at Collinson do

We are looking for a Treasury Systems Manager to come and join the team starting on a 12 months contract.This role gives the individual extensive Treasury exposure to the global Group from the City of London head office. Reporting to the Head of Treasury this role will support the department to deliver key Treasury related projects.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Bank Account Management and Controls including bank mandate updates for all banks.
• Supporting with the Intercompany Netting and Pooling projects.
• Assisting with the Bank RFP including migration to the new bank as a result of the RFP.
• RFP and implementation of the new Treasury Management system.
• Implement the new FX All platform together with any new FX lines.
• Other ad hoc projects.

Key skills and experience to be evidenced within your application included:

• Proven experience in treasury management with a focus on implementing successful projects.
• Experience in supporting with the implementation of Treasury related projects with technical experience.
• Experience in a global and complex Treasury function.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Familiarity with Treasury management systems and banking software.
• You will be a minimum of degree educated preferably in a finance discipline.
• An accountancy and/or Treasury qualification.

Core Competencies:

• Able to work in an organised and methodical way so that internal and external deadlines are met in a timely manner. Priorities can change daily calling for someone who is diligent organised and able to work under pressure.
• A practical handson attitude is required together with the ability and initiative to suggest and implement process change.
• Able to work effectively with people across all areas of the businesses and build effective working relationships whilst also being comfortable working unsupervised. Owing to significant growth the Group is undergoing a period of transition in the way that it operates globally and the individual will be required to find their feet quickly in order to assist the Head of Treasury in dealing with these changes.
