• AV experience specific to conference rooms of all types

• TV and Projectors microphones and speakers Video Conferencing equipment.

• Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

• Zoom

• Familiarity with Digital Media/ Digital Walls

• Basic PC troubleshooting skills in a corporate environment

• Highly selfmotivated and able to work primarily independently as well as with a group on larger team projects and issues

• Microsoft Office products: Word Outlook PowerPoint

• Monitoring software a plus (Microsoft Pro Portal Cisco Logitech Portal)

• Proficient with Microsoft Teams

• Working knowledge of Zoom meetings

• Knowledge of Webcams headsets and speaker/puck audio

• Dedicated AV experience or primary function
