Customer Support - Hungarian Remote in Greece

About the project:

You will be working for a project supporting clients of an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino California. It is the worlds largest technology company by revenue with US$394.3 billion in 2022 revenue. As of March 2023 it is the worlds biggest company by market capitalization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding products such as warranty issues recalls or problems with the products.
  
• Troubleshooting problems with customers service providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
  
• Escalating issues to a higherlevel technician or supervisor for further assistance.
  
• Keeping up to date with product features specifications and the technology of the products they are providing support for.
  

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Hungarian (at least C1)
  
• Good level of English (at least B2)
  
• Communication skills
