Sentinel Process Systems Inc. is a midsize multistate distributor and fabricator of components and
assemblies used in the research development and manufacturing of sterile liquid therapies and

In this role you will be supporting customers and helping our technical salespeople successfully provide
applicationbased solutions. You will become an integral part of Sentinel s value proposition and our
mission. You will be trained and mentored on our products our industry and our winning culture that
makes Sentinel a rewarding place to work and helps us to be successful and remain customer focused.
Learn about our products and gain some understanding of their correct application and usage.
Listen Generously to customers and team members to Delivery Results.
Create and manage data in our stateoftheart business system Epicor P21
Support Technical Outside Salespeople by generating product and service quotations.
Help manage vendor product delivery timelines via expediting orders.
Capture mission critical data in Sentinel s powerful CRM system as required.
Provide consistent followup of critical details and any commitments to customers.

Industrial distribution or fabrication experience.

Ability to Honor Commitments and multitask while achieving necessary metrics.
