Purpose of the Job:
To maximize performance on sales profitability and quality objectives for the circle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To drive local Circle as a profitable business by driving sales production and managing the
associated costs.
Provide direct support to front line sales(FLS) executives to help them achieve business goals
and maximize their own productivity.
Ensure high quality and persistency of business generated by the local production unit to
support the longterm profitability of the company
Cascade and align Agency business plans systematically (e.g. targeted product mix specific
initiatives etc.) to ensure effective implementation of the same
Support Career FLS to identify and recruit top Financial Consultants from the market to
expand the distribution team and improve overall productivity
Provide leadership to the entire Circle team by clearly communicating vision and objectives
of the organization and of the local team
Requirements
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Age 28 to 38 yrs
Work Experience: 6 to 12 years of retail/distribution sales experience. Out of which
minimum 2 years of team management experience is essential.
Required Skills: Strong sales planning Team management and High achievement drive.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Graduate in any discipline At least 5 - 6 years in sales and 4 - 5 years in conducting sales training At least 12 months experience as Sales Development Manager.
