Required Procedures:
Low & High Risk Pregnancy FHR Interpretation (NST CST FSE) OB Ultrasounds Amniocentesis Routine delivery Complicated Delivery VBACs Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
Office/Minor Gynecology (IUD Cystoscopy Colposcopy Crysosurgery LEEP) Surgical Gynecology Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor onlyTubal Ligation LOAs Chrpmal Tubation Operative/Major (Ectopic Pregnancy Ovary Removal Cystectomy Extensive LOAs.
Office Equipment: Basic OB/Gyn services including colpo

Nursery Level: II

Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: Yes

Requirements:
IL License/IMLC
BC/BE
NRP
MUST have strong OB & GYN experience
Must be willing/able to do both OB & GYN call
Must be able to commit to the weekend call schedule
Case Logs (OB & GYN in the past 2 yrs)
Local (highly preferred)
Low/High Risk Pregnancy, FHR Interpreation(NST, CST, FSE), OB Ultrasounds, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Complicated Delivery, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations, Office/Minor Gynecology(IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Crysosurgery, LEEP, Surgical Gynecology, Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor nly-Tubal Ligation, LOA's, Chrmal Tubation, Operative/Major(Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs, OBGYN services including Colpo
