Education Sales Specialist/ Beauty Advisor
12 months contract to permanent
San Francisco/ Bay Region CA 94102 (25 hours per week minimum)
Pay Rate $25.00/ hr.

Minimum Qualifications
- The Education Sales Specialist is responsible for the overall B&M sales growth and retail partner brand training in the San Francisco/ Bay Area CA Region. This is a Parttime contracttohire role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reports to Regional Account Executive regarding strategies on sales growth per assigned region instore activations and activities sales reports and sales growth for retail partners strategies and plans for future B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the San Francisco/ Bay Area CA Region
- Responsible for instore brand and product training plans and opportunities for B&M sales growth for retail partners
- Support elevated instore events retailerled events and branded promotions for retail partners
- Responsible for weekly reports based on instore events brand reporting and retailer weekly reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience in the retail beauty/cosmetic environment required. This position must work a minimum of 2025 hours in the store per week/ additional 23 hours desk work per week
- Weekly 11 TB (Monday) with Regional Account Executive
- 45x days instore to support sales growth education/training for retail partners and instore events for the overall B&M sales growth of belief (Friday Saturday and most Sundays are dedicated to retailer visits and sales support)
- Reports are due weekly (due every Sunday evening)
- Must have reliable transportation (car)/ or reliable access to public transit in/out of the city and be willing to travel throughout the San Francisco/ Bay Area CA Region to visit retail partners
- Must be able to carry event material and heavy boxes of products for events/store visits
- Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint
