Job Description

Position: HEAD OF SALES AMERICA'S
LocationPalo Alto CA or New York City

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven professional to join our team as the Head of Sales Americas reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. In this role you will be responsible for leading and growing our Americas Sales team driving bookings revenue and strengthening client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed bookings and revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire a hardworking sales team (comprised of Senior Sales staff Account Managers and Technical Account Managers) to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Implement effective sales processes tools and training programs to enhance team productivity and performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales metrics forecasting and pipeline management.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in the FX markets (ideally).
  • Bachelor’s degree business administration finance communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in selling complex SaaS technology solutions to financial services.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Resultsoriented attitude with a focus on driving business growth.
