Assumes a leadership role based on clinical expertise and judgment in caring for patients.
Leadership responsibilities involve delegation interviewing/hiring personnel performance evaluations and corrective action as appropriate and teaching other staff members.
Focuses on clinical aspects of care influencing and effecting changes with respect to the needs of the patients family and total health care delivery system.
Requirement description :2 years of Behavioral Health RN Leadership/Nurse Manager experience Required Proven Leadership in Behavioral Health Nursing Required Must be willing to float to other units and have a well rounded skill set of all age groups Required Must be fully COVID vaccinated and BOOSTED Required Must be comfortable working with the LGBTQ patient population Required PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

- Resume with psych experience listed
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days
- Psych skills checklist (within 1 year)
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
- Certifications certifications don t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
- COVID vaccination and booster please confirm if they are willing to obtain
