Manufacturing Technician 3

Location: Beltsville Maryland

Job Duties:

Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations including working with engineers in setup and calibration tasks as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts components subassemblies and final assemblies.

Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products instruments or equipment.

Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of related manufacturing technician experience.
• Good fine motor skills.
• Willingness and capability to learn new tasks.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with peers for training and workflow coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of experience related to similar manufacturing functions.
• 2year technical associate degree
• The above salary range represents a general guideline; however Client considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience education skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
