Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business needs opportunities and risks.
Develop detailed business cases user stories and functional specifications to support project initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements resolve issues and drive consensus among
stakeholders.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and project managers to
ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation and post
implementation phases.
Continuously monitor industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to recommend
innovative solutions and process improvements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders addressing any concerns or issues related to
business processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Admin Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry preferably within a consulting or technology
services environment.
Strong understanding of business processes systems analysis and requirements gathering techniques.
Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as Agile Scrum JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with
stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights
and solutions.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
Experience in industries such as healthcare finance or retail is highly desirable.
