Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of this role include taking care of joining formalities exit formalities executing operational tasks with quality and accuracy in a timely manner assisting in payroll activities maintaining physical and digital employee records managing leave and attendance records ensuring the accurate processing of staff appointments transfers promotions and terminations preparing employee ID cards visiting cards employee certificates and performing any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking care of joining formalities & exit formalities for new hires and departing employees.
- Executing operational tasks with quality and accuracy in a timely manner including the generation of various letters.
- Assisting in payroll activities as required.
- Maintaining physical and digital employee records in an organized and secure manner.
- Managing leave and attendance records efficiently.
- Ensuring the accurate processing of staff appointments transfers promotions and terminations.
- Preparing employee ID cards visiting cards employee certificates etc. as needed.
- Completing any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a fresher passionate about HR activities.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Female candidates are preferable.
