Post Sales / Dispatch Coordinator
Reporting Location Delhi
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Verify client PO in terms of the mentioned quantity taxes cost etc.
Processing orders by creating sales orders in CRM software.
Maintain a record of items in stock
Arrange Logistics
Coordinate with transporter and client for a smooth transition of product supply
Maintain dispatch record
Provide field units with information about orders traffic obstacles in transport and other requirements
Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls activities and other information
Qualifications / Skills:
Batchelor in any stream
Min 2 years of experience as sales coordinator or dispatch coordination
Techsavvy with knowledge CRM software and MS Office
Multitasker
Sound judgement and critical thinking should be able to deal with emergencies that arise
Active listener with excellent communication skills
