  1. Strategic Leadership:
  2. Provide leadership and direction in achieving the companys shortterm and longterm operating goals to ensure we uphold our commitment to provide exceptional services to our customers.
  3. Operational Excellence:
  4. Continuously improve operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency scalability and customer experience.
  5. Ensure operational excellence through collaboration with external partners service providers and vendors.
  6. Oversee endtoend business operations. Establish systems processes and best practices in the origination to optimize the customer experience.
  7. Risk Management:
  8. Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the companys compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Monitor and mitigate operational financial and compliance risks.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  11. Accounting & Revenue Management:
  12. Responsible for managing the Operating Budget effectively and monitoring the financial performance against the operational goals.
  13. Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  14. Ensure high quality execution of accounting and finance functions.
  15. Technology and Innovation:
  16. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in lending processes.
  17. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance lending platform capabilities.
  18. Customer Success & Delight:
  19. Champion a customercentric approach in activating customers and retain them through high touch best in class support and service mechanism.
  20. Reporting and Analytics:
  21. Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to provide insights into operational performance.
  22. Use datadriven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  23. Legal & Contract administration:
  24. Servicing internal businesses and controlling stakeholders in contracts legal documents terms and conditions etc. should also be able to insulate the business from all risks.
  25. Implement technology enabled tools and experiencebased initiatives to make the contracting process automated efficient and effective.
  26. Team and Culture:
  27. Build and enable a highperforming team through best in class hiring onboarding and employee engagement processes.
  28. Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
