Overview

The Business Development (Sales) role is a crucial position within our organization focused on driving the growth and expansion of our business through identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. The role plays a critical part in achieving our companys sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to effectively align with client needs.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and support campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market activities and competitors.
  • Participate in sales events exhibitions and conferences to represent the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven work experience in business development sales or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles methods practices and techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales.
