Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales initiatives within the life insurance segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance sales along with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence within the BFSI sector specifically focusing on life insurance products.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to effectively meet sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster longterm relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to devise effective sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance market trends and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales preferably within the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field preferred.
