Full service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to their Indianapolis office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage civil projects from start to finish
- Develop client relationships and exceed their expectations
- Lead all aspects of projects including cost control staffing and quality control
- Represent firm presence/image through involvement in state/regional professional associations
- Develop/initiate strategies to expand business
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 8 years of experience
- Experience with Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant modeling and design experience
- PE registration or ability to obtain within six months
- Experience with Funding and Review Agency
- Plant operations experience
- Active in relevant professional organizations/societies
Salary is commensurate with experience.
