Midwest multidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Director of Transportation for Wisconsin to their team in Milwaukee!
Responsibilities:
- Complete/participate in civil engineering project design as needed
- Lead/mentor/train engineering design staff
- Frequent contact with clients including responding directly to client requests and referring clients to appropriate manager when needed
- Assist with marketing efforts including attending industry events
- Assist with business development including preparing proposals and participating in project interviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- 15 years of design and project management experience for transportation structural stormwater or general civil projects
- PE License
- Experience reading analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or government regulations
- Experience writing reports business correspondence and proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment and attend conferences
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
