Lead crossfunctional teams in the planning execution and delivery of banking projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and manage project plans including scope tasks timelines and budgets. Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies. Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members. Track project progress monitor performance metrics and report on achievements and challenges. Manage project resources effectively including personnel equipment and budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders including team members clients and other departments. Proactively identify and address potential issues and roadblocks. Develop and implement corrective actions to ensure project success. Prepare and present project reports and presentations. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures.
