• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Participate in communitybuilding activities to foster a positive work environment and culture.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging brandaligned content using Canva for various platforms to enhance employer branding.
• Help organize and coordinate HR projects (meetings training surveys etc.) and take minutes.
• Assist in the preparation and amendment of HR documents like employment contracts and recruitment guides.
