Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the front desk answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or
department.
Handle checkins and checkouts efficiently ensuring a positive experience for guests.
Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions.
Assist guests with reservations inquiries and special requests.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism escalating issues when
necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office software and hotel management systems.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
