Job Description:
1 Able to understand engineer dwgs /finished dwgs
2 Able to do measurement of agencies
3 Able to manage whole site /debit progress etc
4 Able to coordinate with ID and designer
5 Well aware of NBC norms / Indian standard for MEP works.
6 Able to make understand agencies for item description.
7 Able to understand civil coordination and plumbing works .
8 Must have own vehicle and driving license.
9 Handle all preconstruction activities local support logistics management
10 Understanding of local bylaws norms etc.
