Business Development Executive - 30431

Job Description

1. Manage entire sales process for the Area and drive revenues for all our products in the Area through the area sales teams.
2. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all sales teams and channel partners in the Area.
3. Implement sales and marketing plans (as per organization strategy) for driving revenues market share and profitability of all products in the Area in collaboration with the Branch Sales Team.
4. Followup and ensure closure of product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing team or other departments.
5. Negotiate rates & service offers with customers as per the set purviews in consultation with Area head on casetocase basis.
6. Develop & retain existing customers and achieve base targets set for the products on monthly basis.

Education/Experience

1. Must be Graduate (minimum UG).
2. Twowheeler with valid DL is mandatory.
3. Candidates should have good knowledge on Chennai&rsquo s Topography.
4. Excellent English comm skills should be able to speak in Tamil as well.
5. Salary &ndash up to 7.5L (30% hike from current pay).
6. 6 days&rsquo work a week Sunday off.
