Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our overall digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic engagement leads and ultimately sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels analytics and emerging trends. The Digital Marketing Head will oversee a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists providing guidance feedback and support to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize datadriven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO SEM social media email marketing content marketing and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing sales and creative to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Manage digital marketing budgets allocate resources effectively and ensure maximum ROI on digital marketing spend.
- Oversee website optimization and user experience (UX) enhancements to improve conversion rates and drive online sales.
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations and compliance requirements ensuring all digital marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing digital marketing business administration or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing with at least X years of experience in a similar role preferably in industry/niche.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels tools and techniques including SEO SEM social media email marketing content marketing and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present ideas and results to senior management.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven approach to decisionmaking with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
