We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Credit Risk particularly in the implementation of BASEL II/III programs. The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of the CRD/CRR framework and have a proven track record of successfully implementing these programs in applied systems. Additionally the candidate should have handson experience in evaluating the quality of implementation conducting impact assessments on detailed data outputs and mentoring less experienced team members within the VPT team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of BASEL II/III programs within the organization ensuring compliance with the CRD/CRR framework.
Evaluate the quality of implementation and conduct impact assessments on detailed data outputs.
Mentor and coach less experienced team members within the VPT team providing guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the implementation of Credit Risk initiatives.
Look into data wherever relevant to inform implementation decisions and document these decisions for future reference.
Support the submission of acceptance reports and Material Change Assessment for CRR3.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to Credit Risk providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of insert number years of experience in Business Development with a focus on Credit Risk.
Strong understanding of BASEL II/III programs and the CRD/CRR framework.
