Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Exposure to LOS/LMS/Accounting Good Lending Platform
- Must have prior CRM platform experience SFDC additional advantage
- Acquaintance with RBI compliance
- Hardware platform associated with the lending context
- Experience with cloud adoption or familiarity with it is essential.
- Platforms for developing software: Java C# and Oracle for managing the development tasks
- Understanding of information security procedures (ISO 27001: an added benefit)
- Familiarity with business intelligence software
- to manage a group of system administrators software developers and maintainers
- exposure to operating a multibranch setting
- Knowledge of Fintech environments including API integration
- Data input and communications with credit bureaus (such as CIBIL)
- Ability to communicate with suppliers of hardware and software
- Thinking ahead when it comes to projects about digital transformation
- Report to CIO
- Handling a team of around 20 people
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in NBFC
3 years of experience as Department Head
Solid Business operations and strategy understanding
Good understanding of all the IT and business components
Stakeholder Management experience is mandatory
Experience in Organizational change management
Basic understanding of SFDC or a similar CRM platform
