What You Will Do:

• Assist in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services including user accounts security and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Microsoft 365 services like Exchange Online SharePoint and Teams collaborating with IT teams and vendors as needed.
• Engage in direct communication and collaboration with our partner Microsoft.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks monitor service health update software and perform backups.
• Translate business requirements into stateoftheart technical solutions including configuration development and testing.
• Provide enduser support through various communication channels.
• Monitor and maintain security ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Be an integral part of the Office 365 Collaboration Consulting squad leading workshops demos and sharing experiences with the global team.
• Facilitate migration of OnPrem sites to Microsoft 365.

What You Bring & Who You Are:

• University degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or relevant professional education.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Microsoft environment with a thorough understanding of the M365 stack.
• Strong grasp of IT Security in Microsoft Cloud Services.
• A handson attitude and usercentric mindset.
• Creativity and a flair for innovative ideas.
• Fluency in English is essential for our business communication.
