Handover amp Test Drive Specialist

The opportunity.

Were currently looking for a Handover & Test Drive Specialist. Someone to join our dynamic Handover Center team to provide our customers the best Polestar experience. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the electric change we know is needed.

You will be working in our Handover Center in Beesd. We handover the Polestars at this location to their new owners and provide test drives to the customers. That includes of course a great part of sales and advisement. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to working in the Handover Center in the office and on the road knowing that both personal collaboration and individual time for focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.

The responsibilities.

In this role youll be expected to make customers enthusiastic about electric driving sustainability and performance. Working as a member of our Handover Center youll be an important factor in our end 2 end sales. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas youll be responsible for:

• End 2 End sales / Lead management.
  You advise and guide potential customers through the online purchasing process of their Polestar so that they know what to think about and what to expect. We do this based on a help to buy approach.
  
  
• Perform test drives at the Handover Center a Polestar Event pop up test drive location or even at our customers home address. You get the customer as excited as we are about the power of sustainable electric driving in our highperformance vehicles.
  
  
• Perform handovers at the Handover Center or an external location.
  The Polestar handover is a premium experience. You make sure to fully understand your customer and personalize the handover to their specific needs.
  
  
• You resolve issues that current and future customers have. This could be anything from guiding them within the order process to solve digital issues at the DriveIn days at the Handover Center.

The ideal candidate.

To succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Assertive progressive wellspoken flexible positive and pure. The ability to take initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible.

You are an excellent listener able to get to the core of someones question. You are well spoken and can involve customers in our brand experience. You have a flexible and practical attitude to finding solutions and you remain stressfree due to your time management skills.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

• You have completed an education at MBO level and have excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in Dutch and English.
• You have a valid drivers license.
• You have good digital skills and can quickly master new systems.
• You are willing to go the extra mile to support your colleagues on a busy day.
• You can easily switch between advising customers running handovers and other work.

The process.

Our team works from the Handover Center in Beesd less than half an hours drive from Utrecht and about twenty minutes from Den Bosch. Handover Center operation hours are Tuesday till Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position is for 3240 hours per week and we will choose the most suitable start date in consultation.
