Purpose of the job
The VP of Rewardswill work with the Chief People Officer to provide thought leadershipand expertise to help us develop and implement a remuneration strategy that plays a key role insupporting how we attract retain and grow talent globally across The Collinson Group.
You will ensure all aspects of pay reward benefits and policy are focused on diversity andinclusiveness to ensure accessibility and equality of approach and our offerings to all colleagues.
You will review our existing frameworks practices and range of benefits alongside our new levellingstructure to establish a clear meaningful and motivating remuneration structure at each level.
Youwill introduce a global benchmarking methodology that informs key decision making and adopt aglobal mindsight as you look to strengthen our purpose driven high performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute towards the evolution implementation and embedding of our levelling
framework
Maintain a good understanding of the external market and innovative compensation andbenefits being offered by leading employers
Lead on providing strategic direction to the development of pay reward recognition andbenefits strategies
Develop and present proposals to strengthen our benefits offerings with a specific D&I lensand market led solutions within a global single global framework
Develop a promotion and internal movement framework to inform decision making in
relation to remuneration
Develop a framework that enables the provision of total reward statements
Define clear job families market data and comparators in order to run cyclical internal andexternal benchmarking
Run adhoc remuneration projects
Develop a robust governance structure for all reward processes and policies
Provide expert advice to the leadership and annual remuneration processes ensuring theprocesses are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy
Design bonus structures
Provide expert advice on all elements of reward to the P&C leadership team and other
senior business leaders
Act as a key member of the global People & Culture team and keep them fully engaged onreward principals governance policy and processes
Manage the global annual salary review and bonus scheme process in line with existing
timescales
Run gender pay gap and race and ethnicity pay gap reporting and recommendations
Preferred knowledge skills and experience required
CIPD qualification at degree level
A good understanding of and experience with multicountry remuneration strategies
An excellent relationship builder with a collaborative approach establishing credibility
competence and confidence with key internal stakeholders
Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail
Up to date knowledge of benefits legislation
Confidence to be credible and be able to influence with and without authority
Experience of working with crossfunctional matrix and complex stakeholder groups in afastmoving environment
Experience and understanding of salary review processes job matching and job
evaluation principles is essential
Experience of managing thirdparty supplier relationships with the ability to summarise
qualitative research from multiple sources.
Experienced in analysing trends creation of the business case and presenting the outputs
to enable and support robust business decision making
