Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire train motivate and advise a team of sales representative
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders
- Work on opportunities of crossselling and upselling
- Manage the monthend and yearend close processes
- Onfield work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
- Age: Minimum 21 Years Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
