Artificial Intelligence Product Manager - Pharmaceutical

As an AI Product Manager you will be responsible for the endtoend management of AIcentric products from conceptualization through to launch and beyond. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to build products that leverage AI to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional value to the business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and refine the product vision and strategy for AIbased products ensuring alignment with the company s goals and market needs.
  
• Collaborate with engineering data science design and marketing teams to bring AI products from concept to launch.
  
• Identify opportunities for new features or enhancements using AI technologies.
  
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to define the data requirements and oversee the development of data models and algorithms.
  
• Measure and analyze product performance and user feedback to inform product iteration and improvements.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and incorporate these into the product roadmap where appropriate.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in the development and deployment of AI products.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related highly analytical and quantitative field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.
  
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI machine learning models and data analysis.
  
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Familiarity with AI ethical considerations and compliance requirements.
