Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Personal Injury/Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation possessing the necessary expertise to handle a diverse caseload with efficiency and precision. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys participate in highstakes cases and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution including conducting legal research drafting pleadings motions and discovery documents.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and insurance companies throughout the litigation process.
  
• Prepare for and attend hearings depositions arbitrations mediations and trials as necessary.
  
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in personal injury law to enhance expertise and contribute to the firms knowledge base.
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
  
• 25 years of experience practicing personal injury law and litigation preferably in a law firm setting.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving justice.
