Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome a talented and ambitious Fresher UI/UX and Product Designer to join our software development company. As a recent graduate with no prior professional experience you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced design team contributing to the creation of exceptional user experiences and innovative digital products. This entrylevel position offers a platform to showcase your design skills collaborate with crossfunctional teams and learn from seasoned professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers project managers and software engineers to understand project goals and requirements.
  
• Assist in conducting user research and analysing user feedback to gain valuable insights for designing usercentric interfaces.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product features and enhancements.
  
• Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to visualise and communicate design concepts effectively.
  
• Develop and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications adhering to best practices and design guidelines.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
  
• Stay updated on the latest design trends tools and technologies and propose their integration into the design process.
  
• Assist in usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on design improvements.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials.
  
• Embrace constructive feedback and continually refine design concepts for optimal user experiences.
  

• Bachelors degree in UI/UX Design Product Design Interaction Design or related fields.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects such as user interfaces wireframes prototypes or related design work.
  
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop XD) Sketch Figma or similar software.
  
• Basic understanding of design principles information architecture and usercentered design.
  
• Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across various platforms.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
  
• Eagerness to learn adapt and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
  
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic with a dedication to excellence in design.
  
• Any personal projects or extracurricular design activities that demonstrate your creativity and passion for design will be a plus.
