Product Project Manager

Oversee the scoping estimation prioritization and timely delivery of customer requests ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. Coordinate across functional teams manage timelines and prioritize features to drive the successful execution of short and longterm projects.

Principal (Essential) Duties:

• Develop communicate and enforce appropriate queues and timelines for incoming client requests across the Product Management and Customer Experience teams.
  
• Assist in the development and fulfillment of estimates and proposals to ensure proper discovery definition of scope pricing and execution. Create project plans set timelines and establish milestones to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements ensuring that features meet customer needs and market demands.
  
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle develop mitigation strategies and proactively address challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
  
• Allocate resources effectively including budget personnel and technology to support project goals and deliverables.
  
• Gather feedback from Customer Experience team analyze user data and incorporate insights into product iterations to improve user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in M365 HubSpot and virtualmeeting applications. Adept at quickly mastering new systems and technology.
  
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Kanban to effectively plan execute and monitor projects from inception to delivery.
  
• Possess a foundational understanding of software development principles technologies and architectures to effectively communicate with development teams assess technical feasibility and make informed decisions regarding project requirements and constraints.
  
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks manage competing deadlines and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify issues assess risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  
• Proficiency in negotiation techniques to resolve conflicts reach consensus among stakeholders and facilitate winwin outcomes for all parties involved.
  
• Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in a Communications or Business or managementoriented field
  
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement
  
• Project management experience. PMP certification a plus but not required
  
• Experience working in a techenabled services environment preferred
