VC Analyst

Position Overview:

We seek innovative individuals passionate about venture capital entrepreneurship or related fields to join our team as Analysts. In this role youll collaborate closely with our Venture Capital investment team making an immediate impact.

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new gaming investment opportunities analyzing usage trends monetization strategies and competitive landscapes in mobile gaming esports and virtual/augmented reality focusing on seed and preseed ventures.
  
• Conduct due diligence on potential gaming portfolio companies with a focus on gambling tech social casino and blockchain gaming models.
  
• Support gaming portfolio initiatives including live operations marketing campaigns localization roadmaps and regulatory compliance.
  
• Assist portfolio companies with business development future funding and strategic initiatives.
  
• Evaluate new investment opportunities including funds SPVs and direct investments.
  
• Create financial models and projections.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required (majors in Finance Economics Business Computer Science or related field preferred).
  
• 12 years of relevant work experience in venture capital investment banking private equity or highgrowth startups.
  
• Experience in the online gaming industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
• Advanced Excel skills proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with deal documentation process.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for emerging technologies.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highperforming team.
