As a Sr Content Writer at Lingpad you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content that educates engages and converts our target audience. With a focus on the B2B SaaS industry Customer Service and Localization your writing will be instrumental in establishing Lingpad as a thought leader and driving brand awareness leads and customer retention. This role requires a strong command of the English language strong research skills and a passion for creating compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop highquality informative and compelling content tailored to our target audience including blog posts website content/copy eBooks technical content case studies and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our overall content strategy and marketing goals.
Conduct research to understand industry trends best practices and competitors to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content pieces to improve content strategy continually and engagement.
Stay uptodate with industry news and emerging trends to provide insights and innovative content ideas.
Contribute to content calendars and help maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication Journalism or a related field.
Min. 2 years of experience as a content writer preferably (not mandatory) in the B2B SaaS or technology industry.
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush Uber suggest Google Search Console etc.)
Adept at conducting primary and secondary research and transforming complex technical information into easytounderstand content.
Experience using content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools (e.g. WordPress HubSpot etc.).
Creativity and the ability to think strategically about content to drive business objectives.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with design and multimedia content creation is a bonus.
