We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our growing team. In this role you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our enterprise Salesforce product for our clients. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business process documentation. Elicit document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams. Create user stories user flow diagrams and other artifacts to define system functionality. Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state. Collaborate with clients to understand their processes challenges and desired outcomes. Work closely with the development team to ensure technical solutions align with business needs. Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams on using the new system. Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues before user acceptance testing (UAT). Document system configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer. Support ongoing client needs by providing postimplementation support and addressing user queries. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field (preferred). 68 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling techniques. Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall). Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and nontechnical audiences. Proficiency in technical documentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Word Visio). Working knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloudbased solutions (a plus). Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies (e.g. BPMN).
