Job Description:
As a Lead Python Django Engineer you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing robust web applications using Python and Django framework. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of handson experience in Python development with expertise in Django framework.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex web projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git) is preferred.
- Certification in Python or Django development is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of scalable and maintainable web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and developers to define project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers providing technical expertise and best practices in software development.
- Conduct code reviews ensure code quality and implement efficient testing strategies.
- Optimize application performance troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Python Django and web development technologies.
