Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels including social media and job boards.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills and fit for the organization.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates external partners and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition preferably in a senior executive role.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decisionmaking and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
