Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing surgical procedures to treat conditions of the ear nose and throat
• Diagnosing and managing disorders of the head and neck
• Collaborating with medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Conducting thorough patient evaluations and medical histories
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as CT scans and MRIs
• Providing postoperative care and monitoring patients progress
• Adhering to medical legal and ethical standards
• Participating in professional development and continuous medical education
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families
• Utilizing advanced surgical techniques for optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency program in Otolaryngology
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• State medical licensure
• Demonstrated surgical skills and experience
• Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patientcentered care and safety
• Strong ethical and professional conduct
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
• Continuing medical education and ongoing professional development
