Required Technical Skill Set**
Atleast 4 years of experience in AEM
technologies
Strong knowledge on AEM Backend
development.
Strong knowledge on creating workflows
Event Listeners OSGI Services Components
and Servlets.
Good understanding of OSGI Felix
Console.
MustHave**
(Ideally should not be
more than 35)
1.Atleast 4 years of experience in AEM technologies
2.Strong knowledge on AEM Backend development.
3.Strong knowledge on creating workflows Event Listeners OSGI
Services Components and Servlets.
4.Good understanding of OSGI Felix Console.
5.Atleast 3 years of strong Web Content Management
experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5 implementing 2 full
cycle AEM projects.
6.Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including
templates components dialogs widgets and bundles.
7.Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite Sling
web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework DAM
Workflows is required.
8.Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 with other products
and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations
9.Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated
test execution and building tools such as Jenkins Hudson
Selenium or Maven.
GoodtoHave
1.Excellent Written and Communication Skills and team player.
2.familiarity with Tag & script management using Adobe DTM
3.familiarity with A/B Testing and Adobe Target
4.Experience in developing highly available heavy traffic
customer facing websites is a plus
5.Prior Apple experience is a strong plus
Overview:
The AEM/CQ5 Developer plays a crucial role in the organization responsible for developing implementing and supporting AEM/CQ5based applications. They collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of AEM/CQ5 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AEM/CQ5 components templates dialogs and workflows as per the requirements.
- Integrate AEM/CQ5 with various applications and systems using technologies such as Java JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design development testing deployment and support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to AEM/CQ5 development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within AEM/CQ5.
- Optimize and enhance the performance of AEM/CQ5based applications.
- Customize and extend AEM/CQ5based solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure the adherence to best practices and development standards in AEM/CQ5 development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM/CQ5 features and upgrades and evaluate their applicability to the existing systems.
