Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to increase brand visibility engagement and ultimately drive conversions. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and a proven track record of implementing successful SMO campaigns across various social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SMO strategies to enhance the companys online presence and drive traffic to the website.
Create curate and manage engaging content tailored to each social media platform including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and TikTok.
Monitor and analyze social media trends audience behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns including budget allocation targeting ad creation and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal and engaged community.
Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts track performance metrics and generate insightful reports.
Stay updated on industry best practices emerging trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media optimization.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw actionable insights and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social or similar platforms.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Ads etc.).
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Duration and Compensation:
This is an unpaid internship position with a duration of 3 months. The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable handson experience and enhance their SMO skills in a professional setting. Working hours and schedule will be discussed and determined based on mutual agreement.
Note: This internship opportunity is not accompanied by a salary and it is unpaid. Nevertheless upon successfully completing the internship the selected candidate will be awarded an experience letter. We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to achieving excellence and can make a significant impact on our team.
