Junior Quality Engineer - 31073

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes
• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Assisting in the investigation of product or process nonconformities and implementing corrective actions
• Participating in the development and review of quality documentation and procedures
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement and monitor quality standards
• Performing statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Assisting in the training of staff on quality procedures and best practices
• Participating in root cause analysis and problemsolving activities related to quality issues
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes and systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques
• Exposure to quality standards such as ISO AS9100 or TS16949
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
